About Me

My name is Stuart Leo.


For the past two decades (and counting), I have partnered with start-ups, ASX-listed organizations, and businesses of all shapes and sizes — from private high-growth companies to sports and rock stars!


But it wasn’t always like that.


The first few years of my career were stressful and hectic. Despite working very hard, delivering real value to my clients, and even making it to senior managerial positions, I wasn’t getting the results I wanted.


My salary didn’t reflect my contribution to the company, and neither did the lukewarm recognition I was getting from my managers.


I knew I could be making a lot more money if I were to start offering my expertise to clients independently.


Eventually, I decided to take things into my own hands. I handed in my resignation and went on to open my own consultancy practice.


After a somewhat rocky start, my dedicated team and I got into the swing of things. However, our workload grew larger with every new client.


To automate and streamline our work, we developed Waymaker, a consultancy platform and best practices playbooks — which is now available to you as well!

How Much Can I Make from Waymaker?

To become eligible for the program, you must purchase the Waymaker Certification Course. After you complete the certified training, you can start marketing our software to potential end-users. If one of them buys the software license (SAAS), you will receive a 5% retainer for the sale. In addition, we recommend you to the client directly.

Do You Do Direct Marketing?

At present, no. We aim to market the first 500 software licenses through consultants like you only. We don’t plan any end-user marketing at the moment.

How Many Clients Should I Have?

It depends on your workload. That said, an average consultant usually has five to ten clients.
